Uncanny ice

This series is an invitation to contemplate the relationship between man and nature, an exploration into the harmonious dichotomy of two materials which are simultaneously so alike and yet so different.
Strange or mysterious, especially in an unsettling way.
Late 16th century (originally Scots in the sense ‘relating to the occult, malicious’): from un-1 ‘not’ + canny.
See also: uncanny valley.
